Elena Duran is an American artist based in Germany. She gravitated towards art through her love of colors, textures and aesthetic.

Largely self-taught, she did spend a few years under the tutelage of Alberto Pancorbo, which further nurtured her already existing love

of surrealism. She is inspired by animals, nature, mythology, folklore and fairy tales.
